Menopause Support Circles
Why did we create Circles?
To fill in the missing pieces of the menopause puzzle. We know that many people are seeking answers and support. The changes in mind and body during menopause are often difficult to navigate single-handedly. The commonsense solution is to provide practical guidance and helpful information in a place that is easy to reach, with ongoing support whenever you need it.
What happens in a Circle?
The 60-minute online session is conducted by a Menopause Doula*, who will guide you through the session using the 3 C’s:
- Clarity – menopause essentials
- Calm – space and time to think
- Connect – learn how to use the knowledge
*trained by The Menopause School UK (accredited training providers of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)
How will a Circle help?
Our whole-person approach will enable you recognise what is happening, where you may be on the menstrual health timeline, and how to take your next best steps. We include advice on holistic and clinical options with further signposting information in a digital resource bundle.
