Before you attend the Circle we need you to do a couple of things to make the most of the time we have together.

  • Please confirm the date and time in the email you received is the one you requested. If it’s not please get in touch and if you can no longer make it, please inform us.*
  • Check our participation guidelines here
  • Complete the pre-event evaluation form here

* we know life gets in the way, all we ask is that you update us as soon as you can to avoid delays, so if we have someone on the waiting list we can let them know a space has become available.

We know from our own lived experiences how overwhelming the topic of menstrual and menopause health can be.
